With over 20 years of experience, Sarah has worked with businesses of all sizes, from local start-ups to global names like Accor and Wyndham. She’s been recognised as a top HR professional, but her real passion is making HR support simple and stress-free for small businesses.
She started Fikrah HR to help companies grow without the usual HR headaches. Sarah is “not a normal HR person”, she cuts through the confusing industry speak and gives you clear, practical advice, making tricky labour laws and people management simple to understand. She’s all about straight talk and genuine care.
